Puppy's Pedigree

Why are pedigree’s so important? Because they demonstrate the potential qualities of
the resulting puppies. Even if you only want a companion dog and not a
show dog, a good pedigree can help ensure your new family member will
be a nice representation of the breed. Championships demonstrate
that the dog, according to several judges, conforms to the
weimaraner standard. A BROM shows that the dog is capable of producing a
certain number of champions, and additional titles on the pedigree show evidence of
additional talents such as tracking, obedience, hunting, agility etc.
